東西商事の社長白川貴司は婿養子で妻の玲子は病弱の為夫婦生活も淡白である。そんな社長に取り入って肉体関係を結んでいる秘書の水上光子は計に長じた女で、社長を唆かして妻を自殺に追い込んで妻名儀の財産を手に入れさせようと計画する。一方社員の今村圭志を誘惑して関係し、社長の嫉妬心を掻き立てると共に彼に金を貢がせその上今村の恋人で銀行員の沢井マリを利用してオンライン操作に依る罪を唆かす。白川の妻玲子は夫が光子と関係があり自分の命を狙っていると本能的に察知し、それに妊娠したことからを守る為離婚を決意して夫に申出る。養父の遣産は総て妻名儀の現在離婚すれば無財産となりその上社長の地位も失う。意を決した貴司は妻を毒で殺害、死体を海に投じて自殺を装わせる。警察も自殺と断定したことから全財産を手にした貴司は株券を処分した一億円を光子に与え彼女の歓心を買う。一方今村も恋人マリが銀行から盗んだ金を光子に貢ぐ。恋人の裏切りを知ったマリは貴司と光子の関係を警察に告げ当局も再捜査に乗り出した。合法的に大金を手にした光子は今度はアメリカへ行って良いカモを探そうと成田に向った。（C）OPPICTURES ／カマキリ女秘書
