ベテランと呼ばれる域の者であっても至難の業です。

特に乳首周りは複雑な感覚が入り混じる箇所の為、
例え患者が気持ちよく感じていても、
やがて痛みやしびれが発生する可能性があるため、
ある程度乳首に刺激を加えて、
気持ち良いと感じる時間帯を
乗り越えていただかなければいけません。

やはり通常日本人の平均バストサイズであるＣカップを大きく上回る
今回の患者のバストの診察は手こずりました。

診察台に移動して行う事に。
Ｓ先生にも協力を仰ぎました。

少し強力な診察になるため、塗り型の痛み止めを塗布させていただきました。
しばらくして、反応が薄れた患者を見計らって、
Ｓ先生と精密検査を続けていきます。

さてこれからというタイミングで患者の意識がハッキリとしてきたため中断することに。

ここまでが今回の「前編」です。

さて、Ｓ先生を見ると、いつものモードに入っています。

この状態のＳ先生はどのような状況であっても止まりません。
